MJ turns my keyboard off

when i start up my computer (vista) my keyboard ( a Z board) works until the magic jack program starts up. then it stops working. In some cases the keyboard just comes back on but most often not. So i just try unplugging and replugging but the usb is unresponsive. anyone have any idea what it could be?

you may need an AC powered USB HUB

I may be wrong, but it sounds like your USB ports may not have enough
power to supply the keyboard, and MJ at the same time, or if the keyboard
is using a special driver, it may be getting screwed up by the magicjack.
