Hi. I just got my MJ. I activated it ok. But i keep getting an Error 400 when i start it. i cant call out or receive calls. when i dial my MJ number with a cell phone i get a busy signal. I read posts about having the account "reactivated" but I can get live chat to work. when i click on the link (button) it just takes me to the faq search page. no chat window opens. this is with safari or firefox.
i've tried reforamatting the MJ and reloading the s/w, restarting, unplug/plug back in. no go.
any ideas?
