WHAT is up with that!? its in 303. Calling it gets the "number has been disconnected". Dudes in India don't know what I am talking about.

Sorry, but can you provide more information? Your post is a little frenetic. I'm presupposing you bought your MJ recently, so it *should* be working. Is the person in India calling from another MJ? (Again, I'll presuppose not.) Are they calling long distance from India to your MJ number? Are they using VoIP?

I'm not the person to resolve your issue, but there are some really smart people here, if you can provide them a little more information.

I've owned the MJ for a few months without trouble. Today, when someone calls my MJ number from anywhere...even the US...it says:
"the number you have dialed is not in service at this time. Please check the number and dial again"
IE: I have been disconnected.

The technical support chat (THE DUDES IN INDIA) do not understand what disconnected means. They keep telling me to unplug/replug in the MJ ada[pter. THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. Calling IN is the problem...not calling out.

The way to fix this is to tell the chat dude that you have an error 400. THEN they will reset you and THEN everything will work.
