Is it possible to use my number from a different MJ?

My main magicjack has just failed on me I think, I'm getting the error message saying broken storage now. Anyway, I plugged in a brand new magicjack instead and activated it using my same account, the only options were to add a new number to the email or make a new account so I added a new number.

Now is there any way to use my old number from my old magicjack instead of the new one?

you could foward your old number to your new number. Other than that I don't think the old number is of much use.

I had the same problem. Now I have two Magic Jack numbers. Somewhere there is another post that says that MJ technical support may be able to help, but only if they are contacted before activating the second Magic Jack.

So, both of us are out of luck.

I have forwarded my old number to my new number, and that seems to be working just fine.
