Choppy calls reason enough to jump ship : ( H E L P

I have spent much time with tech support to no avail. Most of the calls on my MJ are so choppy I hang up and return the call on my cell phone.

Some times, not too often, the calls are perfect but those are an exception.

Anybody have a fix for this problem?

It could be a slow computer, or too many processes running on a computer. Or, it could be not enough bandwidth. Or, other processes using too much bandwidth, competing with MJ.
