A Runtime Error Occured. Do You Wish to Debug? Dialog Pop Up

I am having a problem with MagicJack with a error message pop up.

"A Runtime Error has Occured. Do you wish to debug? Line: 27
Error: iframe1 is null or not an object."

This error started a few days after MagicJack's Black Friday special offers ad on the left. The above error is disabling MagicJack's function. I am also having an occasional warning to plug the MagicJack even when it has been plugged already. And it auto shuts too. Can any body help? Very much appreciated. :?
