When i install my magic into my pc's win xp sp3 & vista on other, it detects magicjack & ymax etc. then says found new hardware CD ROM then gets stuck i see balloon & wont go past that point & then takes like 10 min then balloon changed saying you hardware didnt install & may not work etc. & then green logo says u must plug you magicjack into usb port, i cant go into my computer etc when jack into usb port to see if i can format magicjack drives as tech support told me to, have to unplug it. i tried with the tech support they told me to delete registry etc & thats not it. it worked b4 just havent used it in a few months, all i remember is people tell me i break up on it b4 & the tech support no help. tell me to get power usb hub etc none of that works. Anyway could it be a bad dongle? thanks
