Vista help please.

If anyone can help me out with Vista and the MagicJack running as a service and sp00fing working, please help. I want to spoof my Grand Central number.

I set vista up to have it work as a service. it will not work at all using the 'magicjack' account i created, it only gives me a dial tone, but wont actually make phone calls. If I run it as a Local Service it does make phone calls, but spoofing does not work. Spoofing did work properly before I edited the registry to make it a service. I assume I could undo what I have done, to make spoofing work, but really I'd like to have Vista working with magicjack as a service run, as the magicjack user, and spoofing working as well, so that I can use my Grand Central number.

I want to use a softphone other than the MJs as well, but would be satisified enough for now, if I could just get the above tasks working properly.

Please please help if possible.
