Service Pack 3

I note that some of you who have downloaded SP# have problems with it and some do not. I also read that MagicJack recently fixed the problem. Not so in my case.

As a matter of fact, when I try to open MJ I get an error message that states that MJ is not supported on my version of Windows.

Can someone help me?

Please don't be very technical. I'm an old "geezer" and I'm not very computer literate.

Do you know what version of xp your running? is it 64 bit or normal.

P.S SP# = Sp3 right?

I'm running MJ on Win XP Pro SP3 with no issues. I've tested it on 2 other machines, also with Win XP SP3 [both Home and Pro] without issues.

Yeah.. if anything SP3 shouldnt be your issue. Are you sure you arent low on system resources or have a virus or something?
