Vmail button not displaying.

is anyone else having this problem?? the vmail button on the soft phone dose not turn green or display when the curser is placed over it that you have email.it worked fine before the latest,screw up,update.??

for the vmail button work fine the only issue always had is turns green a lot lot later than the message arrive

yes thats the way it was before update,now dose not do anything?? vmail works fine,even get email alerts but now have a lazy button??

I have yet to see the VMAIL light work correctly (well, it did light up once or twice), and my phone has *NEVER* shown voicemail waiting. I tried to work with tech support numerous times, and was last told it was because they were upgrading their voicemail servers and it would be fixed by Q1 09... That was after she told me that the VMAIL light was actually for showing an incoming call, and then telling me that it was to show 911 status (Instead of the big button that says 911 on it), so take that with a grain of salt.

I would love for it to work, but forget CS helping us with that...

In six months, I only saw it light up once. That was a week ago. And then, when I went to my voice mail, listened, and deleted the message. The light wouldn't turn off. (It finally did. I didn't pay attention to when or why.).

well i'll be darned,when i plugged my magic jack in this morning it upgraded and now the vmail button on my soft screen is working fine.i wonder if it was because the girl in cs said she would report my problem to the techie guys..maybe that was what the fix was for or the mj gods are smiling down on me....
