lost contact list

For some reason when MJ was powering up, I lost all my contacts. Any way to get this list back??/ ugh I didn't write the numbers down

Also I have the same problem with dropped calls... 10 sec to 1 minute or more... while talking just goes dead I cant hear them, they cant hear me but counter continues as if call is still connected.. did just wait once and came back after about 1 to 2 minutes of dead air
help please...have had no other issues with MJ (except for calling cellphones..having to insert the *)
anyway to "restore to previous date with MJ?
lastly where do i get updates?

The addresses are kept on the USB flash drive. It's usually named "Phone." It's the G: drive for me. You may have to enable the Windows feature to show hidden folders. It's in the hidden "magicJack" folder. The file name is "AddressBook.xml."

If it's still there, you might be able to copy it and salvage something from it.

Be sure to always use the "Safely remove hardware" available in the Windows task bar. If you don't you can corrupt the flash drive.
