thanks to all the information I was able to get my sip settings from the dump, I even get a dialtone and the status in sip menu shows that the device is registered phone1 light is on too, but when I dial a number all i get after some time is busy tone.

What am I doing wrong, also can someone share there dial plan that might be a problem.

I use this dial plan:

(>#|911|r(611)8662464852|r(411)8004664411|0T|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|p([2-9]xxxxxxT)LOC|011[2-9]x.T|*x.T)

It uses google 411 (free) if you dial 411. Make sure to replace LOC with the 3 digit area code of your mj number. This lets you dial local numbers without dialing the area code. You can also change the number after (611) to go to where you want. I have it go to AT&T wireless so that I don't use my cell... although I haven't used that.

Also try to set the reg time to 180. MAKE SURE you are using outbound proxy. It sounds like an outbound proxy issue so its worth a shot to look at.
