Priority Set HIGH for MJ, Permanent?

Hi guys,
Love reading the forum, alot of great information.

Got a question and can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

How can I permanently set the MagicJack to Priority High?

There are few different ways to do this. The one I prefer because it also adds some other nice features is to use a program called Prio Which is free for personal use.
