No Voicemail Just Dial Tone

The mJ works fine except for VM. When I dial my own # either from soft or hard phone, it rings once, appears to answer then immediately goes back to dial tone. Any ideas on how to fix this? Anybody have the same problem? Thanks, Alex

i think you should comunicate chat tech they reset your voice mail to default settings that maybe would help you

Thanks emiliomcol. For whatever reason, it started working today. I suspect that they have to do something to seyup the vm and because of the holiday it may have taken extra time. Everything works great now.

Apprently they have figured out the no-voicemail problem. I tech-support chatted again, after waiting a week, and the tech went away for a few minutes "to check your connection" and then said "try again", and it worked.

It's common knowledge that going back to tech chat a few times can result in reaching someone who knows how to fix a problem the other chatters didn't.
