I was just hoping you might know how to fix this problem. I have been on chat with mj for over 9 hours and nothing is working and now they will not even answer my chats!! LOL!
I cannot be heard on incoming or outgoing calls but I can punch numbers and the tones can be heard and I can hear the other party just fine.
Any thoughts??

If you're using a handset, I would disconnect it and try using the softphone with a headset connected to your computer's mic/speaker jacks. I would also go into the softphone's "menu," "volume/headset controls" and make sure the volume is turned up for both the speaker and the microphone.

Try the uninstalling the USB Audio device for TigerJet from within the Device Manager, Under the Sound section. Once its uninstalled, unplug MagicJack, wait a few seconds, and plug in again.JonesBlackwell wrote:Hey Mark!

It should find the USB Audio device and reinstall the drivers, if not, do a Scan for Changes and it should reinstall.

AND did I mention that I am getting the Warning: you must plug into a USB and the Broken Storage when trying to do the update??

I am off to try restoring mty pc back a few days and see if that helps!!
