So set up MJ, love it. First 2 days all was well great quality. Then last night while on a call....I get a "click" or a cutout every couple of seconds. I rebooted the pc and called the person back. the cutout was gone but did have 1 quick echo.
Any idea's?
broadband connection - should've been fine at that hr
the pc is wirelessly connected to router
the landline phone i'm using is a cordless phone
the pc and phone base sit on a rack w/ alot of other equipment (EX: Home theater amp / DTV / Wii / PS2.

Re: Possible interference
"Click or cutout every couple seconds" sounds like "choppy voice." How to diagnose and possibly improve the condition is described on the Wiki FAQ: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/MagicJack/ ... 9_voice.3Fsgriffi81 wrote:So set up MJ, love it. Echo is discussed there too: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/MagicJack/ ... roblems.3F
You could try suggestions found at those locations and describe what did (or didn't) work.
