I have been there. but They don t have much magicjack info. I am hoping others in the forum might have some feedback. The thread you kindly hyper linked are great but so much going on there and some of the posts are old. I am trying to get some fresh recent info

You may want to try this also, it works good for the people getting one way audio only, but it may work for you.

Dial ***7469 (SEND)
This will bring up the advanced settings window
Filter for honor
Double click on the honor entry and change the value to 1.

I'm having the same issue with X-lite. Only for incoming calls, my voice is not transmitted. Did you figure out a fix?

Propizza, are you using Bria or X Lite? I have eyebeam that works fine, and thanks for the tip on the codecs, that also works fine, I had to ask mcbelisle where and how to get to them, but that's another story. My question is for Bria, I have a copy and I haven't played with it much, I wasn't able to get it fired up and running.. It, Being a bit different from Eyebeam and X Lite, I cant seem to get it to make a call.. It registers, but wont complete the call. It jst has dead space and then goes to a fast busy. Haven't even tried incoming yet..What is the verdict n that, please?
