The softphone will not come up, Can't break dial tone and can't chat. Tech support told me to down load java to chat I did. Still can't chat one would think that prior to chatting they would tell you on the screen to press this button to down load software required to chat. Technical support sucks and so does the product since it's useless.

The way MJ forces users to navigate to chat is confusing. You get to a page where you have to search for something (anything) and then you're presented with the choice to say "that didn't answer my question, click here to chat."
A lot of people don't read the details closely enough to realize they have to search for something first. Did you?
