Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.

After using MJ for the past three months, it stopped working on Friday. When I checked the status of it, this is the message wondows is giving me:

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

I have tried reformatting the MJ drive, and ran the upgrade and it still will not boot up. If I plug the MJ device in, basically nothing happens other than my computer knows it's there, but the program will not run.

Is the MJ device defective? How is my computer not able to load the device driver for MJ?

Any help would be appreciated.

They finally caved in and decided to issue me a new MJ. We'll see if the new one works...or not.
