Keypad tones are not being recognized

I have been trying to call internationally with a calling card but the system cannot recognized the keys that I hit to enter the activation code. The company says that my phone is making multiple entries even if I press one number.

Has anybody ran into this and is there a fix?

I am on a mac with leopard OS and am using an RCA 4 line biz phone to dial out. Is there a way to get around this by dialing out directly on the computer? I have never done that before.

Pls help!

That'sa common issue..I too have faced.Anyone has a solution there?
Because I used both with MJ and the ATA.
