ok so I tried magicjack and they can't help me, hopefully someone here can. Every time my computer is restarted or magicjack is unplugged it needs to be reformatted. I'm tired of having to reformat it. Anyone know how to fix this problem???

Are you ejecting the MJ before you unplug it?
It is written to quite often. If you unplug it while a write is in progress, that will corrupt it.
