Suggestions for maximizing MagicJack Productivity

So, I have turned an old desktop replacement laptop with a p4 3gz with1gb ram.

I have hard lined it to the router with wifi fail over (BOTH are connected)

Set the app to run realtime.

Setup auto restart 2x daily, also setup windows to auto login on reboot.

Would it be benefitcial to put the machine on a DMZ?

Any other suggestions for settings to make this thing work the best it can?
