Just got the MJ and all seems to work well, except when I get a call on MJ, the line sounds dead. No audio and the other party can't hear me. Can make calls on it with no problem and audio is clear. Anyone know if I'm having an "old age dumb attack" or is there a fix?
Thanks...DR

I would bypass your router, connecting directly to the modem. (Be aware that this will expose you to risk depending on whether you use a software firewall, and/or how long you connect this way.).
Some router firmwares (mainly newer Linksys) have difficulty with MagicJack inbound traffic. I haven't seen this particular problem. But, I'd try it just to eliminate the router as a possible cause.

See the MagicJack Wiki (FAQ, How-To, history and more).
