dial plan

The dial plan I use is

(*xx|<:1714>[2-9]xxxxxx|<:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0)

only after 4 sec i am able to dial . first the dial tone beeps for 4 sec and then only i can hear full dial tone .

Is it because of *XX

The Search button is your friend. Both of your problems are discussed in detail in other threads. "Dial plan" would be a good place to search for your Dial Plan problem, and "stutter dial tone" would be a good place to search for your voice mail problem. I posted a comprehensive Dial Plan that is good for any Sipura or Linksys ATA or phone in this thread. You may want to start there first.
