I can not heir inbound calls in my ATA with MJ config.

I enter my MJ credentials and info. into GrandStream Handy tone 503 and I can make outbound calls perfectly but when somebody calls me I can be able to heir them but they can no heir me, maybe I am doing something wrong?

Can somebody help me?
