When I click on "fix" "Weather" or "My" buttons I get a message "Error opening url" One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found."
I read somewhere on this board that it needs to be associated with IE. Most things that need I.E just open with it, but not Magicjack. I take it that it is finding my main browser Firefox and just springing up the error. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thank you for any help.
I love Magicjack!

How to unassociate Magicjack with Firefox
I would think it would just open with Firefox which is my default browser. I must be really missing important files then since yours works with it. Does anyone know how to get those missing files installed? I already did the live chat thing, and they sent me to updates, but the problem hasn't gone away. So the Updates don't fix this problem. Thanks for any help

How to unassociate Magicjack from Firefox
After trial and errors I finally got it working! Here are the steps I took and what finally fixed it.
1. I made IE the default browser, uninstalled Magicjack and reinstalled it. No joy. Uninstalled Magicjack.
2. Since Firefoxes newest update, it was sluggish so I went ahead and uninstalled it, and deleted all folders associated with it. Reinstalled Magicjack. No joy. Uninstalled Magicjack.
3. Deleted every instance of Magicjack from the Firewall. Reinstalled Magicjack. JOY!! Finally! The “My” “Weather” and “Fix” buttons now use Firefox to connect to the internet!
Hopefully if this ever happens to someone else this will help. Another tip, if I may, This product is still relatively new and a little time and patience is needed. I am so glad someone thought to start this wonderful forum for us to all work together to solve any problems we may have.
And thank you, hsweiss for giving me that little shove to get it done! I think I need to make another post that has more to do with how to fix the url buttons on magicjack so it will be easier for others to find. Will do that now! I hope you have a great day!
