Hello, I purchased Magicjack about 18 months ago and it worked for the first year. I renewed and it stopped working. Tech support was nice to help me to reinstall and update but still no luck.
After three tries they just dropped me and said tough luck.
I sent an email to the inventor on another board but never received an answer from him. I paid for nothing.
Anybody can to help here?

"t stopped working" is not a good way to describe your problem if you hope to get some assistance in solving it. Exactly in what manner did it stop working? Does the nature of the failure match any discussions going on here in this forum?
