phone doesn't ring when in coming calls.

My magic jack calls one time, and the next call goes right to Voice mail. They sent a new magic jack it works, but still same problem, it worked great for 6 months. I've been online with tech for 6 hours and level 7 or 8 can't remember. I'm using Vista PLEASE HELP

Sorry you got stuck with Vista. I have the same issue with XP

I did find a work around, i have all my calls forwarded to my cell phone, i'll leave it this way for awhile, and then change back and give it another try. I love Vista,it just takes a lot of memory, i installed 5 gigs of memory. Runs great.
