Digital Stuttering

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but often, the audio from the person with whom I am speaking devolves into a digital mess for periods of time. Any ideas?[/i]

That is a necessary evil of transporting voice over the public internet. You may be contributing somewhat to its occurrence by doing heavy downloads or game playing or video watching while trying to use the MJ, but it is just as likely that the interference is occurring somewhere between your home and MJ's server, outside your control.

You might try pointing to another MJ proxy server if this is a consistent problem. There are reports that some of MJ's servers are "more clogged" than others, and this could be the tipping point that is affecting you.
