If a person was to setup call forwarding and you set it to a number that would be long distance if the caller was to call it directly, will the call be long distance to them or is it still MJ forwarding?
Ok, a specific scenario.
A MJ is set to call forward to a Canadian number. Someone calls the MJ which is a local call. When it gets forwarded, will it still be a local call to them or will they incure long distance charges to the Cdn number?

Call Forwarding via MJ is billed exactly as it would be if you were using Ma Bell. The caller pays to reach the phone number he dialed (your MJ number, in this case). You pay to extend the call to your CF destination in Canada.
The fact that your correspondent pays nothing per minute for his local call to your MJ number and that you pay MJ nothing per minute for calling Canada is irrelevant to the process.
