when will it get bad

Three weeks so far and i've called everywhere and it's working fine. Just like a landline. This worries me. When is it going to be choppy and problems i keep reading about?

I have had mine since Aug 2008 and has and is still working just fine. No choppy sound at all, not once. Or any other major problem.
So not everyone has problems..

I have had mine for four months. The only time I have problems is when I'm on the Atlanta server. I have since blocked the Atlanta, NY, LA and Miami servers and my calls have been great. If you ever have any problems go to the "wiki" and you will find all you need there to fix mj up great.

The address to the wiki is wikibooks.org/wiki/MagicJack. Go to the section under find/change your proxy and go from there. good luck

I understand everything except the last step:

"ipchains/iptables

Use an iptables/ipchains rule to drop all traffic for an IP address:

/usr/sbin/iptables -I FORWARD -d 216.234.70.8 -j DROP

This is typically used with a router using firmware like Tomato or DD-WRT."

Is this a DOS promt command? And do I need to do this for each server I want to drop?

Try searching mj works great after blocking over used proxies and you should find more info in older threads.
