NEED HELP!!! New MagicJack and it won't install update

I plug my MagicJack in and it says downloading in progress, then a little black window pops up and says cannot connect to the internet and to click here to get upgrade. I get the upgrade link and my computer won't download the upgrade. I went through magicjack chat 14 times and tried everything in the book with them. Disabling firewalls and antivirus, etc.... I called Linksys and and ISP Cox Communications and they said I was fine on there end. I have no clue what to do. I get the same problem when I try to download it on my 2 other laptops and another wireless desktop. I am trying to install it on my hardwired computer. Any help would be appreciated!!
