Cellphone call on MJ

I have tried to call my friend on his MJ on my cell.
I always get extension not available .
can call MJ to MJ fine!

Hi, are you able to successfully call any other number? If you don't want to bother anyone, look up the number of a big store or business. Look for a business with an automated answering service. If you can hear the recorded message, chances are your MJ is working fine. Pick a big chain store across North America and call any of their numbers. I use my bank, others use Home Depot.

Let us know how it works. What we're trying to do here is remove your friend's cell phone from the testing, maybe the problem is at their end.
