MagicJack randomly puts people on hold

My magicJack has recently started putting people On Hold. I'm not doing anything different with my phone (not touching "flash"). I can barely get through a 3 minute call when it randomly will put them On Hold and they get some crazy music and I can't get them back.

Anyone else???

I've been having the same problem for the last month. No solutions so far.

Please let me know if you find anything on this. My magicJack is so unpredictable with regard to the random On Hold that I can't use it.
