Boost ring and line voltage
Is there any way to boost the ringer and talking voltage in telephone house wiring to be able to use magicjack on other phones though out the house. I have the outside line disconnected and I am using USB 2 with voltage adapter, but it still is not strong enough to connect to my other phone in the house.
You're not going to like this answer, but yes, it can be done. It's not cheap though.

Personally, I'd rather go with reducing the length of phone line connected. There should be a central junction box where you could just unplug the extra lines. Of course, that depends on how new your setup is.
If you have an older house, the junctions will be spread throughout the house and you can disconnect certain areas to decrease the overall length.

Ring several phones
I have the MagicJack driving my house wiring as line #2. It rings several phones just fine. What it will not tolerate is a phone with LEDs to show ringing. I went inside the phone and disconnected the LEDs and everything works now. It is better to use a cordless phone base to support several wireless phones and some ringers can be cut loose if they overload the MagicJack. I have enough phones running off of the MagicJack that not every one of them has to have an active ringer.
