Upload Test

Hi Guys,
I need to find a way to test my uploads, like some kind of speedtest or other, but with extra upload time. I'm trying to find out, if the upload is causing me to lose audio while chatting or if its something else. I do notice the two monitors at the bottom right screen tend to stop for a few sec, when I lose audio...
