Calls Disconnecting after 3 and 5 minutes.

Hello guys, I am having a very frustrating problem. My wife has a magic jack, and she is currently in the Philippines, and this saves us mega amounts of money to use. We've been using it for about 3 weeks now and I love the sound quality and everything... until about 3 days ago. Where in the past we could talk for 1-2 hours a day and at a pop, something strange is happening. When she calls me, the call disconnects right after 3 minutes, on the dot, every time, and if I call her, it drops after 5 minutes, every time. I am not sure what the issue is, if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I chatted with CS, and all they did was have her move it from one USB port to another, run an upgrade.exe file, and then uninstall her kaspersky, and when I did that, all it did was make her outbound calls last for 5 minutes instead of 3... what gives? I have a regular land line, not magic jack, and she is on DSL there in the phils, and doesn't have a router so no router issues should be occuring.

*BUMP* still looking for any information on this issue. I contacted customer service, and the best they could do is recomend we uninstall our virus software, which we did, and afterwards it still continued to drop the call after 3 or 5 minutes, and all the tech support could say at that time was "give it a few days, you just uninstalled your virus scanner, give it time to take effect." What the heck?
