Foreign Countries

Hi!

I travel a bunch, corporate jet pilot.

I recently had no phone service in Oman (south of Saudi). They forbid use of Skype. People had gotten around it in strange ways, but overall it did not work. Is there or are there any countries where this MJ will not work? Are there any possibilities that that will come as well? I can see a time when all this Voip will become a taxed item! Until then, I'm glad to have it.
