Magicjack keeps shutting down.

I have been on the computer with tech support numerous times for this issue, and the one thing they got accomplished was to remove all burners from my computer! Every couple of hours or so (not timed usually just whenever) magicjack will just stop working. The program is still open, but when you call you get "the user at ***-***-**** is not available at this time" when you try to dial out, it sits there for a minute and goes back to a dial tone. The only way to fix it is to unplug the MJ and plug it back in. Then is will work for a couple more hours. I have tried this on 2 different computers with the same results. Does anybody have any suggestions? I bought this in February, and it worked flawlessly for about a month and then started doing this.
