VOIPVOIP won't charge you anything to port a number over, and provide unlimited incoming call (it is up to unlimited).

6.99/month.

When I call out, I use localphone.com, they have cheapest rate to most areas.

How long have you used their service? Any dropped calls, static, can't connect problems? The only reason I ask is they were my first choice, on another VoIP service, since I don't make or receive alot of calls, 2 or 3 hours a month max. I was also thinking about getting the tollfree number, people without unlimited or no long distance can give me call. Any info is greatly appreciated.
