I can't renew

I've been trying for about 3 weeks to renew my MJ. When I do get a favorable activation a dollar comes out of my account and I'm told to wait 48 hours for activation. But Not yet. I don't know why I can't send a check. I was told on the chat line that my problem would be forwarded to someone who could help me. That was 3 days ago, but I've heard nothing.
