Broken magic jack.

Broken Magic Jack out of warranty. Can I buy new one and use the same number that is on the broken one? If so how would I complete this. Thanks much

You have to buy a new one. Don't plug it in. Go to live chat and they will tell you when to plug it in. Otherwise you will get a new number.

Yes, You have to come on our live chat prior to plugging your new magicjack. Then we will port your serial number of new magicjack to your old MJ number . Then you will be able to get your old number and remaining services on new one. !!!!
