I saw some people set their WYSE 9150SE thin client to Restart automatically after a power failure or start just by plugging it in AC power without pressing the power button.
would really appreciate your help on this...

I'm not familiar with the Wyse, but virtually every computer of which I'm aware, including thin clients, have a BIOS setting for Restore on Power Failure (or something similar).

Or, bite the bullet and put a UPS on the TC, Router and Gateway. Just my 2 cents worth. I am happier after doing this as I do not worry about losing the ability to call out during a power outage.
