Question regarding Wyse thin clients.

Post by gtburgin »

I was looking into buying a used Wyse thin client to run my trajicjack. I see many different models for sale on Ebay and was wondering if there are some to avoid. My first thought is that any of the models with 256M ram and Win XP already installed would do fine. I'd appreciate any advice on the models.
Thanks

I am currently running my magicjack on a wyse slim client model number v90 that I got on Ebay for about 125.00 bucks works great!!!! I really recommend it.
The only problem in that I need to find an amplifier to have enough power for all the phones in the house to work properly other than that

Oh by the way if you purchase a slim client if you don't know what your doing purchase a slim client that alread has the magicjack software installed. If you you will be there for hrs tryin to figure out how come its not installin correctly......LoL!

MAGICJACKS GREAT!!!

The ones I see on Ebay do not come with keyboard or display but do have the MagicJack software installed. Is a keyboard or display required? I already have a MagicJack that has been registered and is working. Im assuming (??) I could just turn on the Wyse and plug in the MJ without needing a keyboard or display. Correct??
