MagicJack disappears from my desktop always.
Everytime I use magicjack I have to Download fresh copy of magicjack upgrade (http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe)
Disable my firewall.
Run the upgrade (it may run automatically when you click on link)
Unplug MagicJack and plug back in and wait a couple of minutes.
Run SETUPxx.EXE
Does anybody know why it doesn't stay put? And why do they not change that annoying "This is Majic and this is Jack" everytime we have to troubleshoot this problematic device.
