Problems opening .clm files

Hello,

I've received a .CLM file of a call log via email, but am having a hard time opening the document. I've tried opening it on notepad and excel as advised on other random forums, but have had no luck.

Can someone please assist me with information as to how I can open the document or what program to use to convert it, if possible.

Also, can someone direct me to the actual url that allows one to "chat" with assistance on magicjack.com seeing that there is no customer service line to dial?
