sell my Magic jack

I want to sell my Magic Jack to a friend. Can this be done, transferring the
name and account over to him?

My question is, does that mean one can't buy on conditon to resell
or even my case , selling a used product?

The language seems pretty clear to me, but on the other hand, I've never tried to transfer the license to someone else. You might give it a try to Tech Support but I'm not optimistic about your chances.

I was told that you could do that. The resale prohibition applies to other situations. It is more like a gift in this case. I believe that they will do an exception for him and if not, he can still use it under the previous name

I think it's possible for him to sell his magicJack or give it to someone else as a gift. However, I think it is not possible to change the account name. Only the email address and phone number and also the credit card information..
