No email notification of voicemail

No email notification of voicemail
When I got my MJ several months ago the email notification of voicemails worked fine for the first few voice mails. But after that it stopped working completely. I've tried everything including resetting my voicemail, adding the senders email address to my contacts, turning off spam filters & blockers, etc. And I even called MJ level 2 support and they are baffled as well. Nothing works. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes I am having a similar problem. I will not get my email for approx 8-10 hours later. This has also been a problem receiving emails from MJ support. i've had the same problem here. all i did was "chat" with someone and then they send me to level 2 support where they tell me "oh we will get back to you later on this. it is something on our end" then a couple days later i'll look and then there will be an email saying i have a voice mail. then it goes out a week or so later when i randomly check my voice mail and discover that i have had voicemails for the past two days!! and so i do the whole thing with the "chat" thing again and then 2 days later i get another email. so yea i've had to call in 4 times since i got the MJ in april of 09 and here is it the 9th of june. its a vicious circle
I have the same exact problem. Email notifications of voicemail works for a week or so, then stops working "magically". I chat with support, they reset my VM again and I have to setup everything AGAIN. It will work for a week or so, then BAM stops working again. Chat with them AGAIN, repeat/redo/repeat. Works agian for a week or so, then BAM stops working.

Now this issue has been resolved. If you are still having any issue , just chat with Magicjack Tech and ask them to refresh your voicemail.
Some time when you add new email for voicemail , but the voicemail notifications go to old email . Then do chat with them and ask to refresh your voicemail .
