Caller ID does not work.

One of the best features about MJ is Caller ID and mine does not work. Can someone please help?

I have not heard of it....I thought MJ supplied caller id on the phone...not just the screen...was I wrong? Thanks

Do a search for the 100k ohm resistor fix ... it costs about $5 and fixed caller ID on my magicJack.

Another trick is if you have an extra DSL filter laying around is put it in line between the dongle and your phone. I did that and my caller ID started working.

I have a few dsl filters from when i had dsl once upon a time, i may have to try that!
