windows 2000 and MJ

Will magicjack work with windows 2000 sp4?
I'm thinking more and more about less and less...

Clearwire.net 1.5mb wireless Broadband.
Flat install XP Pro sp2 on Gateway PIII 868mhz, 512 RAM. AVG Free v8 antivirus.
Linksys WRTP54g router (wireless OFF), all PCs are wired ethernet cable.
